Description

Perfusion Solution Inc. is excited to announce a full-time opening for a Staff Perfusionist in Terre Haute, Indiana! As we continue to grow, we're looking for a dedicated and skilled professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll work alongside a supportive group of clinicians, playing a vital role in the delivery of exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include operating and managing cardiopulmonary bypass equipment during surgical procedures, closely monitoring patient vitals, and collaborating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nursing staff to develop and execute optimal perfusion strategies. Staying current with evolving perfusion technologies and techniques is key to success in this position.

Requirements

Candidates must be graduates of an accredited perfusion program and be either ABCP exam eligible or a Certified Clinical Perfusionist (CCP). We welcome recent graduates, but all applicants must demonstrate strong knowledge of cardiovascular anatomy, physiology, and critical thinking skills, particularly in high-stakes environments. Experience with a wide variety of case types-including CABG, valve procedures, LVAD, heart transplants, TAVR, ECMO, and HIPEC-is highly valued.

We offer a competitive salary ($130K-$190K based on experience), fully covered health and dental insurance, 401k matching, generous PTO, student loan assistance, and $4,000 annually toward continuing education. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your career with a company known for its outstanding team culture and commitment to excellence in perfusion care.
