Job Description
The Beauty Advisor's Responsibilities include creating memorable experiences following the Maison's selling ceremony and guiding each client on a journey through Maison Francis Kurkdjian while conveying passion for the product. Additional responsibilities include being goal oriented and team driven to exceed the Company's daily boutique sales and operational goals, while staying client centric and maintaining the merchandising codes and standards.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Drive and achieve individual/team objectives and be accountable for sales results to meet and exceed monthly, seasonal, and annual sales and IPT goals
• Engage with clients to develop long-term relationships, using different clientele tools to cultivate brand loyalty
• Maintaining excellent customer relations and delighting the customer by providing outstanding customer service. Ensuring every client is placed into CRM system and developing strong client relationships
• Learn and master the Brand storytelling and product knowledge, engaging in trainings and the tools provided
• Consistent utilization of MFK Backstage training app, ensuring courses are completed at 100%.
• Maintaining impeccable and luxurious brand image by executing product merchandising, store presentation, counter cleanliness and organization
• Follow the Maison's selling ceremony standards to include smart sampling, wrapping ceremonies and the art of gifting
• Execute successful events in partnership with the team, creating unique client experiences following the Maison's expectations while achieving the booking and volume goals
Qualifications
• 3+ years of prestige beauty, fragrance, and/or skincare sales
• Prior experience as a Client Advisor or Brand Ambassador
• Passionate about MFK brand and its values, and able to convey this passion to the team and the clients
• Empathetic and positive, results-oriented, and with an entrepreneurial mindset to grow the business
• Team player and strong listener with a can do attitude
• Passion for developing client relationships with strong interpersonal communication
• Must be able to network and build partnerships across all relevant levels
• Able to understand and maintain confidentiality of business at the counter
• Availability must meet the needs of the business
• Limited travel based on needs of the business
