The Brand Ambassador plays a key role in delivering an elevated client experience and driving boutique performance. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fragrance, storytelling, and luxury service. Brand Ambassadors are the face of Diptyque: welcoming clients, sharing product expertise, and building lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales
• Welcome clients and create a warm, elevated environment
• Share product knowledge in a personalized and inspiring way
• Support omni-channel selling and promote the At-Your -Service program
• Recommend products based on client preferences and brand expertise
• Achieve individual and boutique sales goals
Client Relationships
• Build and maintain a strong client base through personalized outreach
• Use digital tools to stay connected and follow up with clients
• Take initiative to grow business beyond the boutique
Boutique Operations
• Support daily operations including stock, merchandising, and cleanliness
• Follow company policies and complete opening/closing procedures
• Assist with visual merchandising and inventory management
Team Collaboration
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture
• Partner with colleagues to deliver exceptional service
• Communicate effectively and support team goals
Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or beauty
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for fragrance, beauty, and client connection
• Comfort with digital tools and Microsoft Office
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
