Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft Exchange & Microsoft 365 Administrator to manage, support, and optimize enterprise messaging and collaboration environments. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Microsoft Exchange (On-Premises & Online), Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Entra (Azure AD), and Windows Server/Operating System administration.
This role requires hands-on technical expertise, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and experience managing hybrid environments while ensuring security, availability, and performance of enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
Messaging & Collaboration Administration
  • Administer and support Microsoft Exchange Server (On-Premises) and Exchange Online environments.
  • Manage hybrid Exchange deployments, migrations, and coexistence configurations.
  • Configure and maintain mail flow, connectors, transport rules, and security policies.
  • Perform mailbox administration, retention policies, archiving, and compliance management.
  • Troubleshoot complex email delivery, authentication, and performance issues.

Microsoft 365 Administration
  • Manage and support Microsoft 365 services including:

Exchange Online
Teams
SharePoint Online
OneDrive
  • Handle tenant configuration, licensing, and service health monitoring.
  • Implement governance, compliance, and data protection policies.

Azure & Microsoft Entra (Azure AD)
  • Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) including:

Identity and access management
Conditional Access policies
MFA implementation
SSO integrations
  • Manage directory synchronization using Azure AD Connect.
  • Support Azure-based identity and security solutions.

Windows System Administration
  • Administer Windows Server environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
  • Manage Group Policies (GPO), DNS, DHCP, and domain services.
  • Perform patching, upgrades, and system maintenance.
  • Monitor system health, performance, and security compliance.

Security & Compliance
  • Implement Microsoft security best practices across M365 and Azure environments.
