Roles & Responsibilities
  • Administer, configure, and support Dynatrace to monitor application, infrastructure, and service performance.
  • Perform performance engineering analysis to identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain monitoring solutions, ensuring complete application instrumentation and observability.
  • Monitor application availability, infrastructure health, and end-user experience across enterprise systems.
  • Analyze performance metrics, logs, and alerts to proactively identify and resolve production issues.
  • Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to improve application performance and reliability.
  • Support monitoring tools including Dynatrace, SiteScope, and Catchpoint, ensuring optimal configuration and availability.
  • Develop dashboards, alerts, reports, and monitoring standards to support operational excellence.
  • Troubleshoot application, network, middleware, and database performance issues across distributed environments.
  • Follow ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request Management.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and monitoring guidelines.
  • Participate in performance tuning initiatives and continuous improvement of enterprise monitoring capabilities.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • 5+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM) and enterprise monitoring solutions.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace for performance monitoring, analysis, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with monitoring tools such as SiteScope, Catchpoint, or similar enterprise monitoring platforms.
  • Good knowledge of .NET Core applications and performance monitoring.
  • Experience with Java and/or .NET application development or support.
  • Strong understanding of Windows and Unix/Linux operating systems, infrastructure services, shell scripting, and system monitoring.
  • Experience monitoring application, network, and infrastructure performance across enterprise environments.
  • Good understanding of N-Tier architecture, including Web Servers, Middleware, Databases, and Application Servers.
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Dynatrace Associate or Professional Certification.
  • ITIL Foundation Certification.
  • Experience with enterprise observability and monitoring frameworks.
