This role is responsible for technician performance, dispatch oversight, quality control, and adherence to shop standards. While strong technical knowledge is required, this is a leadership role focused on people, process, and accountability rather than full time wrench turning.

  • Are comfortable holding technicians accountable to standards and performance
  • Balance strong technical knowledge with communication and organization
  • Take ownership of workflow and production outcomes
  • Value consistency, structure, and long term team development

Why Join Our Team?
Because this role gives you the opportunity to directly influence shop performance and technician success. Youll be trusted to lead the team, improve efficiency, and uphold quality standards while working in a locally owned environment that values accountability, leadership, and doing things the right way.
