Seeking a Honda-experienced candidate, preferably an A-Level or Master Technician, with strong diagnostic skills in electrical, drivability, and complex repairs. This role supports advanced diagnostics, technician training, repair quality, warranty documentation, and shop workflow to reduce comebacks, improve first-time fixes, and provide leadership within the shop.

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience as a Technician, Service Advisor or Dispatcher
  • CDK experience
  • Honda experience is a big plus!

What will you be doing?

The Dispatcher plans and controls the flow of service work through the service department in a professional, timely manner while ensuring quality repairs.

  • Schedule shop work as efficiently as possible in accordance with dealership policy
  • Assign work to the correct technician level
  • Review hard copies turned in by technicians to ensure that assigned work has been completed properly
  • Ensure technicians complete the multi-point vehicle inspection forms
  • Complete a dispatch log daily and turn into Service Management at end of shift
  • Maintain a record of carryover vehicles
  • Spot-check repairs to assure quality and timely completion
  • Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes, OSHA right-to-know, etc.
