  • Advanced proficiency in shop management & parts logistics
  • Demonstrated "FleetFirst" communication skills
  • Ability to manage "profitability by the numbers" (KPI mastery)
  • Preferred qualifications include advanced financial literacy (P&L mastery), ASE Service Consultant (C1) or Management (AMAM) certification, and experience with Fleet Maintenance Software (FMS) integration
