Job description

Job Title: Associate Success (HR) Business Partner

Location: Dallas, TX - Hybrid Position (this role will require onsite presence in a hybrid schedule and/or as needed)

Overview:

The Associate Success (HR) Business Partner acts as a strategic partner to Blue Yonder's business leaders. In this role, you'll drive organizational effectiveness, foster a high-performance culture, and partner with leaders to make data-driven people's decisions aligned with our strategic goals.

As a key member of our Associate Success (HR) team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping employee experience and driving engagement by partnering with business leaders and supporting key initiatives. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on both employee success and contribute to broader organizational success.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with Associate Success (HR) leadership and senior business leaders to design and execute people strategies that accelerate business performance.
  • Partner with leaders to drive organizational readiness and deliver impactful solutions across the areas of workforce planning, talent management, capability development, performance, and change leadership initiatives.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor on organizational design, leadership effectiveness, and succession planning.
  • Partners with Associate Success teams including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Compensation as well as other departments such as Finance, to meet the various needs of the organization.
  • Assist in driving Associate Success initiatives including compensation cycles and talent management programs.
  • Lead or support Associate Success projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
  • Maintain an effective level of business literacy by staying informed on the business unit's financial and long-term strategy.
  • Maintain a solid understanding of employment laws and regulations related to day-to-day employee management, helping to mitigate legal risk and ensure compliance. Consult with Associate Relations and Legal teams as needed.
  • Leverage analytics and insights to influence decisions. Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions that increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Prepare and present reports on Associate Success metrics, initiatives, and outcomes to senior management

What We're Looking For:

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar field.
  • Minimum 3 years of progressive professional HR experience in a global enterprise environment.
  • MUST have experience supporting Professional Services (GTM/Go to Market) and/or Customer Experience (Supply Chain Advisory/Presales) within a global setting.
  • Solid understanding of multiple HR functions, including but not limited to employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, talent acquisition and learning and development.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, processes and employment laws.
  • Must be able to work with geographically dispersed leaders, teams and employees.

Preferred Skills:

  • 1 year of previous direct hands-on HR Business Partner experience, providing strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders highly preferred.
  • Master's degree or HR certification (PHR, SPHR, etc.) preferred.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong organizational and analytical abilities; adept at managing multiple priorities and interpreting data for informed decisions.
  • Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to build credibility and relationships across all levels and locations.
  • Skilled in providing constructive feedback and challenging respectfully when needed.
  • High integrity in handling sensitive information and maintaining confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated business acumen and proficiency with Microsoft 365.

The base salary range for this position is $91,523 to $110,000 USD

The salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors. In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.
