Job description

FedEx is seeking a Sortation Optimization Engineer at our Indianapolis hub to improve sortation system performance. You will analyze throughput data, identify bottlenecks in sort processes, design control logic improvements, run simulations for proposed changes, and implement upgrades that increase sort capacity and accuracy.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of sortation systems engineering or industrial engineering experience
  • Data analysis and simulation skills
