About the Role:

The Clinical Supervisor serves as an experienced and collaborative leader within Clinical Operations, working in partnership with the Manager of Clinical Operations, Market Leadership, licensed providers, and Tuesday Health clinicians. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered supportive care designed to improve the quality of life for patients and families while reducing avoidable medical utilization during the final years of life.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance oversight to field-based clinical staff, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and excellence
•Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational standards, policies, and procedures
•Coordinate and oversee patient care activities, collaborating with interdisciplinary team members to promote optimal clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction
•Manage staff scheduling to ensure appropriate coverage and continuity of care across assigned territories
•Facilitate and support staff onboarding, training, and ongoing professional development, promoting adherence to evidence-based practices and value-based care principles
•Address patient and family concerns promptly and effectively, advocating for quality care and service excellence
•Monitor key performance metrics, clinical quality indicators, and operational goals; implement targeted improvement initiatives as needed
•Actively participate in departmental and organizational meetings, contributing to quality improvement efforts, workflow optimization, and strategic initiatives
•Ensure timely and accurate completion of documentation and records in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational requirements
•Maintain current knowledge of nursing standards, clinical best practices, and healthcare regulations relevant to value-based and community-based care models
•Serve as a liaison between field staff and health plan care managers to ensure coordinated, patient centered care delivery
•Verify and ensure proper documentation of all patient interactions and interventions
•Participate in after-hours call schedule via phone
•Perform other related duties assigned to support operational and clinical excellence

A strong candidate will demonstrate the following:
•Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
•Active unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Ohio (multi-state compact license preferred if applicable)
•Minimum 5 years of clinical nursing experience; preferably in palliative care, hospice, or value-based care settings
•Minimum of 2-3 years of supervisory or leadership experience overseeing clinical teams
•Demonstrated ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and performance
•Knowledge of value-based care principles, population health, and chronic disease management
•Skilled in data-driven quality improvement and performance monitoring
•Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to inspire, motivate, and influence others
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
•Strong leadership, coaching, and conflict resolution skills
