Local Marketing Manager - Own the Market | Drive Revenue | Based out of any of our local offices (Austin, TX, Louisville, KY, or the Mid-Atlantic)

We have several regions we are looking to place this position in for local support - we are looking for candidates who live in any of these areas.

This is a new an exciting position that we are adding to support our local branches, directly connected to our Marketing Team!
HOME SERVICES EXPERIENCE IS DESIRED! Please mention specifically: Plumbing, HVAC, Remodeling, Roofing, Pest Control etc -- with focus on B2C Residential Customers.

We’re looking for a Local Market Brand & Performance Manager to take ownership of how our brands grow in Austin, Louisville, Mid-Atlantic states and surrounding markets. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, operations, and performance, ensuring the leads we generate actually turn into booked jobs and revenue.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyze territory and ZIP code–level data to identify growth opportunities and market trends
  • Support execution of local marketing initiatives, including events, sponsorships, and partnerships
  • Align marketing campaigns with operational capacity, service priorities, and seasonal demand
  • Partner with regional and branch leaders to drive performance across plumbing, HVAC, and electrical services
  • Monitor and improve online reputation, customer reviews, and local brand presence
  • Support service plan growth through targeted campaigns and local engagement strategies
  • Collaborate with call center leadership to improve booking rates, lead quality, and customer experience
  • Work with marketing channel teams to ensure campaigns reflect local market needs

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or market strategy
  • Experience in home services or home improvement industries (HVAC & Plumbing preferred)
  • Experience supporting multi-location or service-based businesses
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and customer support teams
  • Excellent organization and communication skills

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with territory-based marketing strategies
  • Experience with ServiceTitan or similar platforms
