What You'll Do

No two days are the same! As a Marketing & Growth Associate, you'll play a key role in growing the business, delivering outstanding customer service, and creating an exceptional customer experience.

You'll:

  • Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Process customer payments and lease agreements.
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor and provide exceptional service.
  • Answer incoming calls and connect customers with the right team members.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and account information.
  • Support marketing efforts and customer outreach campaigns.
  • Keep the showroom clean, organized, and inviting.
  • Work alongside the Sales Manager to identify sales opportunities.
  • Help create an exceptional customer experience every day.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for someone who is:

  • Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people.
  • Motivated to succeed and earn performance-based bonuses.
  • Organized with strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
  • Professional with excellent phone and customer service skills.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Able to lift, move, and transport merchandise as part of daily responsibilities.

A valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record (MVR), and the ability to pass a DOT physical (where required), drug screen, criminal background check, and agility test are required before employment.
