What is a PM internship?

A PM internship typically refers to a Performance Management internship, where interns assist in analyzing and improving employee performance, often using data analysis tools and HR strategies. Is performance management a part of HR?

Performance management is a core function of human resources (HR) departments, involving activities like setting employee goals, conducting evaluations, and providing feedback. Performance management interns often assist with these processes, gaining experience in HR systems and performance metrics.

What is the difference between Performance Management Intern vs HR Intern?

AspectPerformance Management InternHR Intern
