Job description

Description & Requirements
The Performance Improvement Healthcare Consulting team helps healthcare organizations achieve sustainable results by addressing margin erosion through targeted improvement strategies. By aligning strategic, operational, and financial initiatives, they identify opportunities and support leadership in implementing impactful changes. With a focus on strengthening margins, the team empowers providers to fulfill their mission and thrive in today's evolving healthcare environment.
What You Will Do:
  • Support operational assessments and performance improvement initiatives for hospitals, clinics, and community health centers including:
    • Provider productivity analysis
    • Compensation analysis
    • Provider compensation plan design
    • Service line analysis
    • Staff productivity analysis
    • System throughput optimization
    • Expense analysis
    • Organizational structure optimization
  • Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop reports, presentations, proposals, and other client deliverables to communicate findings and support engagement objectives.
  • Coordinate project workplans, facilitate client communications, and support overall engagement management activities.
  • Collaborate with team members across multiple healthcare consulting service lines to deliver client-focused solutions.
  • Create meaningful data visualizations and dashboards that help clients make informed business decisions.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry with exposure to operations, performance improvement, analytics, project management, consulting, or related functions.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% as required by business need

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree
