WhatYou'llBe Doing

  • Drive performance improvement across aggregate operations to strengthen key financial and operational results.

  • Lead implementation of Minimum Operating Practices across assigned sites.

  • Embed the Aggregates Operating Model and Aggregates Management Handbook into daily operations.

  • Identifyand support operational best practices and new product or process improvement opportunities.

  • Monitor progress on improvement initiatives and collaborate with site teams to achieve performance goals.

  • Provide practical,hands-onguidance tooptimizeproduction processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineeringor related field qualifications, and/or at least 8 years of experiencein the aggregateor allied industry; or an equivalent combination of both, plus at least 4 years in a direct quarry management role.

  • Ability tooptimizeprocesses across drilling, blasting, extraction, hauling, crushing, screening, loadout, maintenance, and site management.

  • Capability to connect site geology and commercial needs to operationaldecision-making.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical recommendations into practical onsite execution.

  • Knowledge ofAggflow,AggQC, andproficiencyin Microsoft Office applications.

  • Motivation and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned Region and occasionally across North America.

Work Environment
This role supports multiple aggregate operations and requires regular travel, time in active quarry environments, and close collaboration with onsite operational teams.
