Job Description
Nova Driving School is looking for passionate, safety-focused Driving Instructors to join our team at our Main St location in Evanston. As part of the city's #1 driving school, you'll help teens and adults become confident, responsible drivers through patient, high-quality instruction.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct students in safe and lawful driving techniques, Illinois traffic laws, and defensive driving strategies
  • Adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles
  • Monitor student progress and provide performance feedback
  • Stay informed on current traffic regulations
  • Foster a positive and focused learning environment

Requirements
  • Valid Illinois Driver's License with at least 2 years of issuance in the State of Illinois.
  • Clean driving record - No at-fault accidents within the last 5-7 years.
  • Minimum age: 21 years old.
  • Social Security Number (required for background check with the Illinois Secretary of State).
  • High School Diploma, transcripts, or proof of higher education.
  • Previous driving instruction experience preferred, but not required - training is provided.
