Job Description

Looking for a Solution Performance Director to guide, monitor, and report on Solution Performance and Value across all solutions.

The Solution Performance Director will identify trends, validate hypotheses and investigate issues solution enhancement opportunities. This position will be instrumental in shaping the organizations understanding of our solution performance and will influence business decisions through compelling analyses and insights.

Primary duties

  • Develops standard and solution specific performance metrics for all solutions in collaboration with AIM's solution managers and directors
  • Partners with AIM solution managers and directors and analytics peers to define and drive the solution performance analytics roadmap.
  • Collaborates with AIM's reporting team and solution value analysts to build and manage key performance metrics baseline reporting related to solution performance
  • Participates in development of key metrics for new solutions or key solution enhancements.
  • Proactively and regularly monitors and analyzes solution performance across solutions and lines of business
  • Transforms and analyzes solution performance transactional data and other relevant sources of information including claims data, and generate relevant insights as needed by the solution management team and senior management for solution enhancements and expansions.
  • Job Qualifications:

The successful candidate is highly analytical and inquisitive in nature, with a demonstrated proficiency in investigating and explaining the drivers of change, and an ability to derive and evaluate creative solutions. He/she will have experience turning unstructured data into insights through a variety of quantitative techniques, and the ability to present complex analyses and insights in a clear and concise manner.

BA/BS degree, Master degree preferred

  • 5 to 10 years of health care industry experience at a health plan or provider organization is preferred 3 to 5 years of hands on data and analytics role, preferably in the healthcare space
  • 3-5 years consulting experience or experience in business line performance management
  • Adept at analyzing multiple sources of data to distill insights with limited direction and structure
  • Ability to integrate multiple viewpoints, translate data and synthesize key messages into high-impact communications
  • Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills

Strong product manager background - driving/monitoring performances of solutions in a healthcare setting. This is not a clinical specialty role. It is a Business role to ensure all solutions are performing to its optimum. Looking at analytics to determining if they are creating value. Must have experience in building dashboards to review data. 

This is NOT an analytics role.

This is an individual contributor role.

Will work collaboratively with all departments - IT, Analytics, Marketing, Product, operations.

A BS degree, MBA a plus
