In this role, you'll design, develop, and manage dashboards and reporting tools that bring clarity and visibility to key performance metrics. We're proud to offer exceptional corporate benefits which include:
• Annual allotment of free hotel stays at Hyatt hotels globally
• Flexible work schedule
• Work-life benefits including wellbeing initiatives such as a complimentary Headspace subscription, and a discount at the on-site fitness center
• A global family assistance policy with paid time off following the birth or adoption of a child as well as financial assistance for adoption
• Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K with company match
Who You Are
As our ideal candidate, you understand the power and purpose of our culture of care, and embody our core values of Empathy, Inclusion, Integrity, Experimentation, Respect, and Wellbeing. You enjoy working with others, are results-driven, and are looking for a variety of opportunities to develop personally and professionally.
The Role
As a BI Analyst - Hotel Performance Hub (HPH), you'll create and manage business intelligence tools and dashboards that illuminate hotel and portfolio performance. Reporting to the Director, Insight Generation, you'll translate large datasets into intuitive visualizations, ensure data integrity, and work cross-functionally to embed insights into Hyatt's operational and strategic rhythms.
• Design, build, and maintain BI dashboards and data visualizations that provide timely insights into hotel and portfolio performance.
• Partner with Data & Analytics and Quantitative Analysts to define and align key performance metrics (KPIs) and reporting standards.
• Translate data into clear, business-relevant visual stories for leadership, regional, and property audiences.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting products and dashboards.
• Support development of the HPH reporting suite and related alerting tools to track operational performance.
• Automate recurring reports and data refresh processes to increase efficiency and consistency.
• Collaborate with HPH and Digital Product teams to enhance dashboard interactivity, user experience, and adoption.
• Serve as point of contact for data access, visualization requests, and report troubleshooting for end users.
• Support ad-hoc data requests and exploratory analyses in partnership with the Quantitative Analysts.
• Document data sources, visualization standards, and refresh procedures to maintain knowledge continuity.
Qualifications:
Experience Required:
• 4-6 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization, ideally in a hospitality or multi-unit business environment.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into intuitive dashboards and actionable insights.
• Experience supporting enterprise-wide reporting and performance management processes.
• Proficiency with BI tools such as ThoughtSpot, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Experience with data modeling, DAX/SQL, and data integration across systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
Experience Preferred:
• Advanced certification in data visualization or analytics preferred.
• Familiarity with enterprise data systems and hospitality performance metrics; experience with Oracle EPM is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The position responsibilities outlined above are in no way to be construed as all-encompassing. Other duties, responsibilities, and qualifications may be required and/or assigned as necessary.
We welcome you:
