ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Life/Health Insurance Representative with Jeff Kahn - State Farm Agent, you will focus on building relationships, creating opportunities, and helping individuals and families protect what matters most. This is an outside sales-focused role designed for a motivated professional who enjoys networking, meeting new people, and generating business through community involvement, referrals, and proactive outreach.
You will educate prospective customers on life and health insurance solutions, identify their needs, and provide personalized recommendations that help them achieve their financial and protection goals. If you're self-motivated, relationship-driven, and excited by uncapped earning potential through a strong performance-based compensation structure, we'd love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Prospect and develop new business through networking, referrals, community events, and relationship-building activities.
  • Meet with prospective customers to identify life and health insurance needs.
  • Educate individuals and families on available coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects and referral partners.
  • Conduct appointments both in-person and virtually as needed.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to generate new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Stay current on life and health insurance products, industry trends, and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with all state and federal insurance regulations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Active Life and Health insurance license required.
  • Previous insurance sales experience preferred.
  • Strong networking, prospecting, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to explain insurance concepts in a clear and professional manner.
  • Comfortable generating leads through community involvement and proactive outreach.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
