Job description

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of analytics and operational accountability. You will own the dashboards and reporting infrastructure behind our Accountable Care Organization (ACO) performance and field operations — and, just as importantly, you will use what that data reveals to keep the organization on track against its goals. Expect to build the analysis yourself and then work directly with team leads to ensure it drives real follow-through. In practice, the role divides about evenly between technical build and hands-on accountability.

What You Will Own
  • Reporting infrastructure. Build and maintain the core dashboards and scorecards (Power BI, SQL, Excel) for ACO performance, Provider Consultant (PC) productivity, and care management operations.
  • Performance cadence. Run the weekly scorecard and stack-rank process — surfacing who is hitting goal and who is not, and putting that information in front of the right people.
  • Accountability. Partner directly with Provider Consultant team leads to drive performance against targets. This means leading direct, sometimes difficult conversations, not simply distributing a report.
  • Actionable analysis. Translate claims and Claim and Claim Line Feed (CCLF) data into prioritized, decision-ready analysis that leadership can act on.
  • Strategic support. Contribute to ad hoc strategic analysis as organizational priorities evolve.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience. 1–3 years in a comparable analytical role, with a track record of delivering quality work under deadline pressure.
  • Technical skills. Strong SQL, proficiency in Power BI and DAX, and advanced Excel. You can build a model and a dashboard from scratch — not only maintain existing ones.
  • Business judgment. You can frame a problem, prioritize what matters most, and defend your analysis when it is challenged.
  • Ownership. You pursue answers independently, without step-by-step direction, and you stand behind your conclusions when the data supports them.
Nice to Have

Exposure to healthcare or value-based care is a plus, but not a requirement. We can teach the domain; we are looking for the right work ethic and analytical rigor.
