We are committed to supporting the strong clinical foundation already in place-fostering collaboration, advancing patient-centered care, and investing in the clinicians who serve this community. Local Team Collaboration:
  • We believe in local, site-led leadership.
  • Strong collaboration between all physicians and CRNAs on the team supporting full scope of practice for all members.
  • The model is 16 physicians and 62 CRNAs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide peri and post-operative care for a Level I trauma center offering cardiac, OB/GYN, general, pediatrics, ortho, neuro, and vascular surgeries.

Scheduling:
  • *NEW* 26-week schedule offering.
  • 1 week on / 1 week off working a 1.05.
  • Will have a set schedule of (3) 12s, (2) 10s, and (2) 8s in the week.

Qualifications:
  • NBCRNA certified (or to be certified if a student).
  • Active FL license.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
