Job Summary
The Financial Aid Outreach Advocate will develop and manage program(s) that target the retention, persistence, and completion of students in at-risk groups. Create and process applications for all internal and external scholarship programs.
Schoolcraft is a comprehensive, open-door, community-based college. The mission of the College is to provide a transformational learning experience designed to increase the capacity of individuals and groups to achieve intellectual, social, and economic goals.
Required Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree.
  2. Two (2) years of related experience (customer service, financial aid, etc.).
  3. Ability to communicate effectively both written and orally.
  4. Excellent customer service skills with diverse populations.
  5. Working knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office software.

Preferred Qualifications
  1. Higher Education / financial aid experience.
