Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk

Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk (Part-Time)

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 12:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This individual will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, answer incoming calls, provide administrative support, and perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail. The ideal candidate is dependable, friendly, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain visitor sign-in processes and front desk operations.
  • Perform data entry and update records in various databases and systems.
  • Scan, file, organize, and maintain documents and records.
  • Respond to emails and provide general administrative support.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars as needed.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documentation.
  • Distribute mail and manage incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Assist with recordkeeping and document management.
  • Monitor office supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
