Occupational Therapist Contract (Inpatient Services)
Location: Dayton General Hospital - Rehabilitation Department, Dayton, WA
Contracted: Per Diem, Weekend On-Call
Compensation: $83.00 - $98.00 per hour

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled contracted Occupational Therapist to join our Rehab team. The ideal candidate is dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care, thrives in a collaborative environment, and is committed to helping patients achieve their highest level of function. What We Offer

Qualifications
  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
  • BLS certification every 2 years
Key Responsibilities - Inpatient Services
  • Complete occupational therapy evaluations for inpatient patients.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans addressing physical, emotional, social, cognitive, and communication-related goals.
  • Provide interventions and education to improve safety and independence in ADLs and IADLs.
  • Utilize appropriate therapy modalities to support patient progress.
  • Recommend adaptive equipment and train patients in proper use.
  • Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document all care accurately for coding and billing.
  • Communicate patient progress and collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members as needed.
