Immediate Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health

Contract opportunity supporting patients in Mission Viejo, CA.

Estimated Pay:

  • $65/h - local rate
  • $20/h taxed + 45/h per diem (travel rate if qualified)
  • Mileage reimbursement for patient related travel
  • Local and travel pay packages available

Work Schedule:

  • 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday to Friday)
  • 40 hours per week

Contract Details:

  • 13 week contract (possible extension)
  • Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
  • Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage

Job Details:

  • Support patient recovery and ability to stay at home – enabling them to spend quality time with their loved ones and doing the activities they enjoy
  • Empower patients and families to reach healthcare goals by educating them on disease management
  • Case manage and provide clinical oversight to interdisciplinary team

Qualifications:

  • Current RN License
  • Must have at least 12 months of home health experience within the past 3 years.
  • OASIS experience required
  • Hands-on HCHB experience required
  • Current driver's license
  • American Heart Association BLS
