Job description

Greco Architectural Metal Products leads the field in design, engineering and fabricating the best aluminum railing systems and engineered architectural products throughout North America. Greco is a dynamic, innovative and progressive company, part of the Engineered Building Solutions division of CSW Industrials, Inc.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for installing aluminum hand railings and other architectural metal products for commercial construction projects. Our Installers travel to job sites throughout Florida and the southern U.S. and must be available to travel overnight Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities
  • Install hand railings and other metal products on job sites

  • Pick products and load/unload company vehicles

  • Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and hand tools as instructed to ensure safe work practices

  • Ensure safety and cleanliness of job site.

  • Other duties as assigned

Knowledge & Skills
  • Ability to safely perform TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum while maintaining Greco's quality standards.

  • Able to install railings and other products safely and in accordance with safety and quality standards

  • Able to read a tape measure and prints

  • Able to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing, and professionally with team members and customers

  • Able to manage priorities and complete work effectively and on time without direct supervision

Experience
  • Demonstrated experience performing high-quality TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum is required.

  • Welding certifications are a plus.

  • 2+ years of experience in the construction trades. Experience installing railings and other architectural metal products is preferred.

  • Experience using hand tools, taking measurements, and reading prints.

Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Other
  • This role utilizes a company vehicle to travel to job sites, so the person in this role must have a current Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.

  • This role must be able to travel Monday through Friday, and some Saturdays. Hotel accommodations are paid for and Installers receive a per diem for each travel day.
  • Full time, Permanent.
