Position Overview

We are seeking industrial painters and blasters to work on-site at various job locations across the Mid-Atlantic region. The ideal candidate has experience in industrial coatings and surface preparation or is eager to learn and grow in this field.


Key Responsibilities
  • Abrasive blasting and surface preparation

  • Application of industrial coatings (epoxy, urethane, etc.)

  • Operate blasting/painting equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow OSHA and company safety procedures

  • Travel to job sites as required (per diem is provided for travel, but not all jobs are travel)


Qualifications
  • Prior experience in industrial painting, sandblasting, or coatings application

  • Reliable transportation to job sites

  • Willingness to travel for projects

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test

  • Physical ability to perform demanding tasks (lifting, climbing, working at heights)


Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with spray equipment and coating systems

  • Knowledge of SSPC/NACE standards (a plus)

  • Strong attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits
