Human Edge Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisors to provide clinical leadership in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN who enjoys mentoring staff, making sound clinical decisions, and ensuring residents receive exceptional care.

We're hiring for both a Full-Time Evening Supervisor and a Per Diem Weekend Evening Supervisor.

Must-Haves
  • Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Previous RN Supervisor or Charge Nurse experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long-Term Care setting
  • Strong leadership and clinical decision-making skills
  • Experience supervising LPNs and CNAs
  • Knowledge of medication administration, treatments, and nursing regulations
  • Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Nice-to-Haves
  • Rehabilitation or post-acute care experience
  • Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
  • IV therapy and wound care experience
  • Current BLS/CPR certification
Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership during the assigned shift
  • Supervise, mentor, and support nursing staff
