The Registered Nurse demonstrates clinical competence through utilization of the nursing process and development of a synergistic nurse-patient relationship. Assesses and identifies patient problems/needs, establishes a plan of care, implements and evaluates care provided to patients.
NOTE: This is a per diem position, that helps cover any shift, any day of the week. Must be able to cover at least one holiday annually.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN or MSN preferred)
  • Current Connecticut RN license
  • BLS certification by the American Heart Association
  • Ability to obtain and maintain CPI certification within 90 days of hire.
