PRN Registered Nurse (RN) โ€“ Home Care

Port St. Lucie & St. Lucie County, FL

$50โ€“$85 Per Visit | PRN / Per Diem | Flexible Schedule

Milenis Home Care is seeking a compassionate, experienced, and dependable PRN Registered Nurse (RN) to support our growing home-care operations throughout Port St. Lucie and St. Lucie County.

This position is ideal for an RN seeking flexible PRN work while providing professional oversight of care delivered to clients in their homes.

Milenis serves adults and seniors, children, postpartum mothers, and families through personalized, RN-supervised home care.

Compensation

  • Initial RN Assessment: $75/visit
  • Routine Supervisory Visit: $50/visit
  • Reassessment / Change in Condition: $60/visit
  • Pediatric/Postpartum Assessment: $75/visit
  • Urgent Same-Day Visit: $85/visit
  • Caregiver training/competency and approved administrative work paid separately
  • Biweekly pay

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial and follow-up client assessments
  • Develop and update individualized care plans
  • Perform supervisory and reassessment visits
  • Provide professional oversight and guidance to caregivers
  • Monitor client needs and changes in condition
  • Communicate with clients, families, caregivers, and management
  • Assist with caregiver orientation, training, and competency when assigned
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance
  • Help ensure the Milenis standard of care is maintained in every client's home

Qualifications

  • Current, unrestricted Florida Registered Nurse (RN) license
  • Minimum 1 year of nursing experience preferred
  • Home care, home health, geriatric, pediatric, postpartum, or community nursing experience preferred
  • Strong assessment and documentation skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Compassionate, professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Reliable transportation
  • Comfortable traveling to clients' homes throughout St. Lucie County

Visits are scheduled based on client needs. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity for additional visits as the Milenis Port St. Lucie service area grows.
