Duties, Responsibilities, & Accountabilities Including but Not Limited To:

  • RNHome Healthvisits
  • Responsible for RN delegations and documentation.If youdonthave experience with this, we can train you
  • WritePlansof Cares and assures they are being followed
  • Observes client for changes in condition and reports such changes to Clinical Director
  • Documents nursing observations, interventions and evaluations of the care beingprovided
  • Doing assessments which includes opening new client cases
  • Address emergent nursing issues
  • Supervise Caregivers (CNA, HCA) byprovidingcoaching and training
  • Clinical administrative work
  • Rotate being on-call for urgent nursing matters via on phone or visits

Qualifications Knowledge Required:

  • Must be an RN in the State of Washington and graduated froman accredited School of Nursing
  • Mustdemonstratean ability to practice independentlyin the delivery of nursing care
  • 2 to 3 years clinical experience; preferably in rehabilitation, home care, hospital, or hospice
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Require reliable vehicle for use when traveling to worksites
  • A valid Washington State Drivers License
  • Proof of current auto liability insurance
  • Computer literate with experiencein different computer programs
  • Strong grasp of legal and ethical issuespertaining toconfidentiality
  • Creative, flexible, and innovative
  • Commitment to excellence andhigh standards
