Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the social, emotional, and psychological needs of patients and their families.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based psychotherapy interventions.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals on a holistic care approach for our patients.
• Provide education and emotional support to patients and their families, helping them understand the stages of grief and coping mechanisms.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying informed on advancements in the field of mental health and hospice care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Helping Hands Healing Center, our primary focus is on patients with terminal diagnoses and their families. Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid LICSW license in the state of Vermont is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably within a healthcare or hospice setting.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect authentically with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Helping Hands Healing Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a lucrative salary, our benefits package includes:
