We're seeking a Florida Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) or Registered Marriage & Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) who has at least one year remaining before licensure and is looking for more than a place to collect hours.

This position is designed for someone who wants to develop not only clinical skills, but also a deeper understanding of themselves, the therapeutic relationship, and the unique therapist they are becoming.

This opportunity is best suited for interns who still have time to grow within the practice. We are intentionally seeking clinicians with approximately one year or more remaining before licensure so we can invest deeply in your development.

What You'll Do

Your primary responsibilities are intentionally simple:

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy to clients.
• Participate actively in our learning community through supervision, consultation, and ongoing professional development.
• Complete timely, ethical, insurance-compliant documentation.
• Continue developing both your clinical competence and your understanding of yourself as a therapist.

What You'll Receive

• Weekly clinical supervision from a Florida Qualified Supervisor.
• An immersive learning environment centered on therapist development.
• Consultation that explores both client work and the therapist's experience in the room.
• Opportunities to deepen your understanding of attachment, trauma, nervous system regulation, Internal Family Systems (IFS), the Enneagram, and other evidence-informed and reflective frameworks that inform our model.
• Administrative support, marketing support, and an established referral base.
• A collaborative community committed to growth rather than competition.

Compensation

• $50 per completed 53-minute therapy session.
