Registered Nurse (RN) - Perianesthesia

Job Description

This position is located within a Level II Trauma center, focusing on both Pre-Operative and Post-Operative care for surgical patients, as well as the occasional Pre-Operative care for GI patients. This role primarily provides coverage during weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to surgical patients before and after operations.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort through effective monitoring and interventions.
  • Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation and care coordination.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing.

  • Successful completion of prior travel assignments.
Shift Information

Shifts are 10 hours in length with varied start times, including weekend coverage. Holiday coverage is also required.
