A Per Diem Powerback Rehab professional is a rehabilitation specialist, such as a physical therapist, occupational therapist, or speech-language pathologist, who works on an as-needed basis at a Powerback Rehabilitation facility. 'Per diem' means they are not full-time employees but are scheduled for shifts based on facility needs and their availability. These professionals help patients recover from illness, injury, or surgery by providing therapy services tailored to individual care plans. These skills are crucial for providing effective, patient-centered therapy and maintaining continuity of care on an as-needed, flexible schedule.
