As a Physical Therapist at Powerback, you will play a critical role in guiding patients through their rehabilitation journeys. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients, including detailed history reviews and functional assessments, to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Engaging with patients and their families to discuss evaluation findings and collaboratively set realistic goals, ensuring they are active participants in their recovery.
• Implementing individualized treatment protocols that are responsive to each patient's unique circumstances and progression, employing various therapeutic modalities.
• Collaboration with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide holistic care, documenting patient progress and adapting care plans as needed.
• Managing discharge planning effectively and ensuring continuity of care, which is vital for optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintaining organized and accurate patient records, adhering to best practices in documentation and regulatory standards.
• Upholding productivity and time management standards while contributing to the marketing and outreach initiatives of the clinic.
• Engaging in professional development activities, contributing to departmental goals, and serving as a mentor to new staff and interns.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, trauma-related injuries, and complex rehabilitation needs. As part of our team, you will work closely with patients of various age groups and backgrounds, empowering them to achieve their functional goals and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy plans.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• A valid Virginia state license to practice physical therapy.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• A strong commitment to patient-centered care and continuous learning.

While prior clinical experience is beneficial, we welcome recent graduates and encourage them to apply. Familiarity with electronic health record systems and therapeutic modalities is a plus, as is previous exposure to collaborative, multidisciplinary team environments.

This position offers a competitive annual salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
