We’re seeking skilled and confident Emergency Room Registered Nurses who thrive in fast‐paced, high‐acuity environments and are passionate about delivering immediate, life‐saving care. If you excel at rapid assessment, multitasking, and teamwork under pressure, this per diem role is for you.

Schedule

  • Per Diem
  • 12‐Hour Shifts Only
    • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Days)
    • 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)

What You’ll Do

  • Triage, assess, and prioritize patients presenting with acute illness or injury
  • Provide rapid stabilization and emergency nursing interventions
  • Administer medications, IV fluids, blood products, and emergency treatments per provider orders
  • Assist with emergency procedures, diagnostics, and trauma response
  • Continuously monitor patient status and respond quickly to changes in condition
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and interdisciplinary care teams
  • Support patients and families during high‐stress and critical situations
  • Maintain patient safety, infection control, and ER protocols
  • Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record

What We’re Looking For

  • Active RN license in the state of practice
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Room or acute care RN experience required
  • BLS and ACLS certifications required
  • PALS and/or TNCC preferred
  • Strong triage, critical‐thinking, and rapid decision‐making skills
  • Ability to manage multiple patients and shifting priorities
  • Calm, confident, and professional demeanor in high‐pressure situations
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
