Operating Room Registered Nurse

Job Title: Registered Nurse

Profession: Nursing

Hours per Shift: 12

Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the operating room with travel, or 3 years of recent operating room experience without travel.

License: Must hold an active RN license or a compact RN license that complies with NLC guidelines.

Certifications: EPIC experience preferred.

Must-Have: Must reside at least 100 miles from the facility. Must have a TN or compact license at the time of submission. Must provide all requested time off in the submission packet. Must be willing to work specified holidays. Previous charge experience is preferred.

Description: The role requires a Registered Nurse in the operating room setting. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent operating room experience with travel or 3 years without travel. Call responsibilities will be discussed during the interview process. Block scheduling is not guaranteed. Shift changes may occur based on the manager's needs. Candidates must live at least 100 miles from the facility, with no exceptions. Requested time off must be included at the time of submission; late submissions will not be honored. This facility is very strict on compliance. RNs may be floated between like units. All candidates must have completed at least one prior travel assignment. A documented renewal plan for any expiring certifications must be included.
