Per Diem Medical Physician

Hampton Behavioral Health Center is a private behavioral healthcare center and offers the most advanced behavioral health, diagnostic treatment services for adults, adolescents and older adults in both inpatient and outpatient programs. A commitment to excellence in diagnosis, treatment and education – these concepts are at the core of Hampton Behavioral Health Center's mission. Hampton Behavioral Health Center is seeking dynamic and talented Per Diem Medical Physician to assist with our inpatient patients. The Physician responsibilities include examining patients to ensure proper injury care and disease prevention, diagnosis, treatment, and recovery that reflects new or ongoing medical problems and initial evaluations. Requests necessary tests, and follow-up visits, and refers patients to specialists, as necessary Good communications skills. Excellent interpersonal skills required. Shows initiative and possess good problem solving skills. Ability to use thermometer, sphygmomanometer, mechanical restraints, emergency medical equipment, oto/ophthalmoscope, EKG machine.
