This position is ideal for experienced coders seeking flexibility without a full-time commitment.

To thrive as a Per Diem Medical Coder, you need a solid understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and healthcare coding systems, often supported by completion of a coding program and certification such as CPC or CCS. Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS coding systems, as well as electronic health records (EHR) platforms, is typically required.
