Material Handler (1st & 2nd Shift)
Location: Burlington, WI
Pay Rate: $20.00–$21.00 per hour + $2.00 Shift Premium
Available Shifts
  • 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:45 AM – 3:05 PM
  • 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM – 11:05 PM
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced Material Handlers to join our growing manufacturing team in Burlington, WI. This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient movement of materials, products, and inventory throughout the facility to support production operations.
Candidates must have previous experience working in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable operating in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities
  • Transport raw materials, components, and finished goods throughout the facility.
  • Supply production lines with materials and remove completed products.
  • Load, unload, and stage materials for production and shipping.
  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment as needed.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and material transactions.
  • Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities.
  • Follow production schedules to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
  • Inspect materials for damage and report discrepancies.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Previous Material Handler experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
  • Forklift experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of material flow and inventory processes.
  • Ability to read and follow work orders, production schedules, and shipping documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical duties throughout the shift.
