       Why work as a Per diem, Clinical Lab Scientist with Main Line Health?
Make an Impact! Are you a weekend warrior? In this role, you will work three out of four weekends per month, Saturday & Sunday, within our Lab. You will work with the latest technology and a top-notch interdisciplinary team to help support patients and the community. As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist, you will perform a variety of complex testing with the goal of detecting, diagnosing, and treating disease. The work you will be doing makes a tremendous impact!

Position: Per diem, Clinical Laboratory Scientist
Shift: Per Diem- Every Other Weekend (Saturday and Sunday) 6:30am-3pm. No Blood Bank experience required. 
Experience: 
1. Must have skills necessary to perform procedures contained in the laboratory procedure manual, including specimen processing, test performance and reporting test results. 
2. Demonstrated communication, organization, and prioritization skills required. 
3. Previous laboratory computer system experience preferred. 
Education: 
1. Bachelor's degree in an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician program or related field
2. Equivalent combination of education and experience required.
Licensures/Certifications: 
MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred.
