Optometrist Opportunity

A well-established, family-owned optometry practice is seeking a personable, reliable Optometrist to join its team. With a reputation built over four decades and a family legacy in optical spanning a century, this office combines professional excellence with a genuine commitment to work-life balance. Most optometrists on staff have enjoyed tenure of over 10 years, reflecting the welcoming and supportive culture.

Key Position Details:

  • Compensation: $1,200 per diem (1099 employee)
  • Schedule: 4 days per week (prefer Monday–Thursday, but Tuesday–Friday considered)
  • Patient Load: Typically 15–16 patients per day
  • Practice Environment: 2 opticians and 1 front desk staff
  • Technology: Familiarity with EMR systems required
