Registered Nurse II โ€“ Med/Surg Per Diem

Shifts: 7:00 AM โ€“ 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM โ€“ 7:30 AM (12โ€‘hour shifts). Commitment Options: 60 or 84 hours in 4โ€‘week blocks.

What to Expect
  • Pay rates are based on your monthly hour commitment (60 or 84 hours per 4โ€‘week block).
  • 12โ€‘hour shifts available (day or night).
  • Initial training includes 10โ€‘day shifts during your first month for New Employee Orientation, Nursing Orientation, and unit training.
Requirements
  • BSN required or commitment to obtain within 3 years of hire (with relevant experience).
  • Minimum 2 years of Med/Surg RN experience in an acute care setting.
  • BLS certification required.

PD60 = $54/hr & PD84 = $56/hr. This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCareโ€™s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
