Join HardHat Workforce Solutions Today! HardHat Workforce Solutions is hiring experienced Commercial EIFS & Stucco Mechanics for project located in Austin, Texas- pay is $28-$37; Per Diem is $90 if you meet mileage requirements. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and want steady work, competitive pay, and opportunities to travel, we'd like to talk with you.What You'll Do

  • Install Exterior Insulation and Finish Systems (EIFS)
  • Apply traditional stucco and synthetic stucco systems
  • Install insulation board, reinforcing mesh, base coat, and finish coat
  • Read blueprints and follow project specifications
  • Work safely from scaffolding, lifts, and ladders
  • Maintain high-quality workmanship while meeting production schedules

What We're Looking For

  • Commercial EIFS and/or stucco experience required
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation
  • Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
  • OSHA 10 certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain)
  • Ability to travel is a plus
