Job Description PRN Respiratory Therapist or Registered Nurse | Home Medical Equipment Grand Junction, Colorado | Flexible Per Diem Schedule Candidates selected for an interview for position will be required to complete an assessment and application sent directly by the hiring manager via email. Overview Seeking a flexible Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT) or Registered Nurse (RN) to provide per-diem support in Mesa, Delta, and Montrose counties. This unique opportunity allows you to create your own schedule while supporting critical patient care needs. Work Environment This per-diem role involves flexible scheduling with opportunities to support patient equipment setups, primarily for non-invasive ventilation (NIV) and other respiratory equipment needs. You'll work independently, responding to patient requirements with clinical expertise and compassion. Position Details Location: Grand Junction, Colorado Coverage: Mesa, Delta, and Montrose Counties Schedule: Flexible, as-needed Typical Hours: 1-2 days per week (16-20 hours when primary RT is unavailable) Compensation: $5-$100 per service setup Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient assessments
  • Provide equipment education and setup
  • Monitor respiratory equipment function
  • Perform NIV and other respiratory equipment setups
  • Communicate patient findings to physicians
  • Maintain accurate documentation
  • Support patient compliance and therapy understanding
Compensation & Benefits Compensation:
