Job description

🚧 Dozer Operator – Day Shift - $28-34hr - $830 a week Per Diem**This is a traveling role and we are looking for candidates who are willing and able to travel to projects anywhere in the country**

We are hiring experienced Dozer Operators for long‑term infrastructure and civil construction projects across multiple locations in the U.S. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity for individuals looking to transition to a permanent role after the initial project.

Dozer Job Description:

  • Operate a Finish Dozer using GPS to get land to final grade. Civil Construction Site. Wide open space in what used to be farmland. 
    • Make/Model of Equipment: CAT D3 – D10

Compensation & Schedule

    • Pay: $24–$34/hr (based on equipment type & experience)
    • Shifts: 1st & 3rd shift available (must be open to either)
    • Overtime: 20–35 hours/week
    • Per Diem: $830/week (for qualified travelers)

Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience operating the specific equipment you’re applying for
    • Experience using GPS‑enabled equipment
    • Willing to submit to a drug test

Work Environment
  • Outdoor construction site on open farmland
  • Exposure to extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow, wind)
  • High-activity jobsite with constant equipment movement
  • Typical schedule:
    • 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday–Saturday
    • Overtime and extended shifts (up to 14 hours) as needed
