A Per Diem Antenna Rigger is a skilled technician who installs, maintains, and repairs antennas and related equipment, typically on a temporary or as-needed basis. 'Per diem' means they are paid daily, rather than salaried or hourly, and often work short-term assignments for telecommunications companies, broadcasters, or contractors.
