What is a Per Cota?

Per Cota jobs refer to positions where employees are paid based on a predetermined quota or per unit of work completed, rather than a fixed salary or hourly wage. This type of job structure is common in industries like manufacturing, sales, or agriculture, where compensation is tied to productivity or output. Workers may earn more by exceeding their quotas, but their income can fluctuate based on how much work they complete. Per Cota jobs can offer flexibility but may also involve variable workloads and income stability.
